Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday is processed and dispatched the next day, all orders placed after will be dispatched one day after. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. So minimum dispatch time 1 day and maximum dispatch time is 2 days.
Order Delivery Time
It varies depends up on shipping address and the SLA set by Shipping carrier. Generally, the orders will be delivered within 2 days in Local (Kerala) address, while it takes up to 9 days to deliver few parts of India (ex: Jammu). We can assure the minimum Delivery time is 2 days while the maximum is 9 days.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We are not taking international orders. Only domestic orders can be placed by the customer from Shipping page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
